First, take a picture of the issue, and send it to customer service! From there, our team will guide you through the process!
For defects: All of our gear is backed by a 2 year manufacturer guarantee! So if there’s a problem we will fix it or replace it quickly!
For damaged Sierra Madre gear: If you purchased our Lifetime Protection Plan we’ll gladly repair or replace your gear so it’s good as new, free of charge! If you do not have our Lifetime Protection Plan we’ll gladly repair your gear at a small cost for the life of the product!
Contact our support team to start the return inspection process. We will assess it and repair it or replace it pending the situation! Our Customer Service team we’ll keep you updated throughout the entire process!
